            1. PRINT OUT the Rental Application.

           

            2. FILL OUT the entire application to the best of your knowledge.

            3. SIGN IT (two signatures required on page 2)

            4. FAX it to 661-722-5511 or bring it into our office located at:

*please note there is a processing fee of $25.00 for the first applicant and $20.00 for each additional applicant/occupant over 18 years of age.  Also please bring valid photo id & proof of income when you submit your application for all applicants/occupants 18 years and older.
